Laser to Lights

The owner of Old Portland Hardware had a bright idea for a light fixture. He wanted a way to let people driving by at night to know what the antique store had to offer. These antique theater flood light fixtures were the perfect pieces to display.

At Old Portland Hardware, they are always re-purposing old items. They provided two pieces of wood which were from an old piece of furniture. Whiskey Age then laser cut the letters for the light to shine through.

Lasers can easily cut though wood, up to quarter inch thick. Laser cut materials can be incorporated into lights like this or be used as the light shade.
