All items are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Items are shipped within 3-7 days of order date. Usually packages arrive within one week of shipment.

All products are packed with care. It is very important that your product arrives safely in ecological friendly materials.
Currently only shipping to the 48 continuous United States.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know!

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted for custom items- unless a mistake has been made on my part (in which case, I will offer to remake that item or refund the item.

Buyer pays the shipping costs on the return item and is responsible for its secure delivery back to us. Money will not be refunded until the item has been (safely) received by us.

Breakage: On the off-chance that there is breakage during shipping, I will refund your purchase or exchange it. Broken items must be photographed and/or returned.
